moss (wet to cover foam)

The foam needs to be wet. This may take time.

Prepare the pot with paper then film

Place the foam block to fill the pot or can

Cover the foam with wet moss

So I am here to tell you that girls do not hate you. They are often thinking only about themselves.

It’s okay to not be the "cool" guy. But if you hate life right now (as you said), it’s going to show on your face.

And that will make it very hard to attract girls.

Why do you hate life? Is it because of this? If so, it’s time to put some effort into being your better self.

People are attracted to happy people, to people that are comfortable with themselves.

It’s okay to be shy but you should really practice being able to look someone – especially a girl – in the eye, be able to smile and say "Hello." The first couple of times will feel awkward and awful, but once you get it down, it is a skill that you will use for the rest of your life. So, it’s worth the effort.

It’s also okay to not dress in trendy clothes. But DO take the time to make sure that your clothes are clean and pressed and that you are showered and that your hair is neat.

This never goes out of style and, yes, it does matter. And that includes your shoes.

You don’t have to wear cologne but make sure that you smell clean. This is a big deal for girls. They spend hours thinking about hair and make-up and clothes.

So now you look good and you feel comfortable saying "hello." What next?

Ask girls questions about themselves. This isn’t hard to do. And listen to the answers. Then ask another question based on her first answer. Then you’ll have a conversation.

Be prepared to share something about yourself. You like country music. Why? What about it speaks to you? Be able to explain that to someone.

The point is that you can’t just buy flowers and candy and call it a day. You have to put EFFORT into yourself and effort into being a friend. It doesn’t magically happen.

It’s easy to give up and consider yourself a "freak." It’s hard to look at yourself and see where you might make some improvements.

So now you have a plan. Good luck! I guarantee you that you WILL get great results!!
