Carmel Agrexco Valentines Action 7 Feb 2009 p1/4 [inminds.co.uk]
Activists successfully close Carmel Agrexcos main depot the Saturday before valentines, the busiest period for the sale of flowers. Carmel Agrexco, owned by the Israeli government, is responsible for importing 60-70% of all produce grown on stolen Palestinian land in the illegal Israeli settlements (flowers constitute 17% of this).

Title of film is “For Anwar”. Anwar Il Ibrim was a Palestinian farmer who was shot dead two weeks before this demo by the Israeli army in his parsely field whilst picking his harvest – a single bullet through the neck. His mother explained that Anwar was her only son, he had gone to work the field that day to raise money to buy medicine for his ailing father who is paralysed.

HELP! Credit Card Company Is Suing Me!?
Ok..I have Dell Financial Services suing me for $7000 dollars. I am 20 years old and has the family member I was living with pass away so now i’m on my own. I have a lot of extra expenses that I have to take care of. I fell about 180 days past due on my account. This collection agency "Valentine and Kebartas Inc" is suing me for the amount owed on my Dell Preferred Account. I had tried to make arrangements…but they wanted $2,500 upfront before they would even consider arrangements…then the outstanding balance would have to be paid within 3 months after that. That isn’t currently an option for me.
Here’s my bills:
Rent: 450/mo
Phone 100/mo
Insurance 130/mo
Food 70/mo
Power 90/mo
Fuel for work: 200/mo
Car PMT 358/mo
That’s $1398 a month for bills WITHOUT paying my creditors
I currently clear after taxes about $1000 a month.
I have to borrow the remaining balance from friends, family, etc.
I was wondering, can they garnish my wages based on that? I dont even make disposable income. I have NOTHING that I own "car, house, etc" so there’s nothing for me to take.
Also the guy from Valentine told me that they could take my car….I tried telling him that it isnt technically mine since i’m paying on it but he told me in return "sir, there’s nothing you can do…there’s ways for us to collect our debt even if you file bankruptcy!". I cannot afford a lawyer to even file bankruptcy.
I was wondering if the lawsuit would possibly turn in my favor.

If they sue, Show up at court, Explain your situation.
They can’t get what you don’t have, ande courts and garnishee orders and repossession of cars they don’t have leins on are not worth there while

How should I react to my ex-girfriend?
My ex-girlfriend and I were together for 4 years no only together but living together for 4 years. We had a very committed and loyal relationship, of course we had issues like any other relationship. Some were bad and some were not that bad but that’s what makes you appreciate the person. Well to fast forward this Dec ‘09 she broke up me saying that she didn’t want to be with me anymore. Not only that but she started acting strange. Totally distant now, not to concerned about the household or me anymore, starting staying out, didn’t come home one night. All this during holiday season, Thanksgiving( didn’t spend together) Christmas(didn’t spend together) New Years(didn’t spend together) But through all that time I was hoping that things could get better. Later I found out that she was talking to another guy and I lost it. Mainly because we lived in the same house and I felt disrespected. She lied to me about it first then said its nothing serious. I couldn’t take it, It was Dec. 23th and I had already brought her Christmas presents didn’t know if i wanted to give them to her, but i love her so much that I just wanted her to open something on Christmas like any other lady. Needless to say she loved it, but we were still on the ropes because of the guy and the fact that she didn’t want to be with me anymore. Now im not bragging because she is a career woman but I did everything possible for her domestic wise, comfort wise, etc. So this was a total shock to me, I didn’t see it coming. So things escalated to the point were it was starting to get really bad with arguing and threats. So i moved out< paid her for the next months rent and left. I was so hurt and felt betrayed. I left everything, just left with clothes and I brought half of the stuff in there for us to have. I had no place to go, Ive been on my friends couch since then. Im getting my self right now but it took some time. So I left, I haven’t called or initiated any contact with her since I left, even tho i think about her everyday I just haven’t pulled myself to call her or text her. Im too hurt too, Im being strong. Even tho I haven’t contacted he I did sent her some roses for new years to her job, she text me thank you very much! I also sent her edibles arrangement for valentines day to her job. Now that you have to background. She has been texting me every three days or so and I don’t understand it. Its mind boggling because she broke up with me, she was the one so cold and evil, she the one that said that she hates me and all. I don’t contact her and 3 weeks after I leave she texting me hello or something! Here are some examples of her random texts:

4. Are you comfy where ever you at?

6. WHy are you being so nice, referring to the arrangments on new years and v-day

These are examples of texts that she sends me every couple day or so. Its definitly no everyday, but every so often. My question is what does all this mean? WHy is she sending this to me and what is she actually trying to get across. I have responded short everytime and havent iniated any contact still. But I do love her, it just seems if all this is coming two months later, we couldve worked on it, why did i leave our house? I just dont understand whats going on, Im getting mixed signals. Is she waited for me to jump, is it bait? How should I act in this situation? Some body give me me some. Thanks in advance
Sometimes people just can’t let go. Even when they are the ones who want to.
I don’t think she really is trying to get you back I think she is making sure you still want her. Maybe part of her is questioning her decision just enough to make her want to keep you close incase she does change her mind.
I would stop sending her stuff for goodness sake! I would allow her to continue to be the one contact you and I would continue to be un available. She ended it so if she wants to change that she needs to be the one to do it. If she truly feels she f’d up and you are right for her she will figure out a way to get you back! Which is what should happen!
